Changing VRR range in CRU

xxx68

Hello, I bought a new screen AOC Q27G2U which is gsync compatible. Unfortunately it sometimes has blackscreen for couple seconds  when using gsync. This problem should have a lot of g sync compatible monitors when used with 10 series pascal nvida cards ( should be nvidia fault - and fixed in future). I did what was suggested for other monitor having the same issue lenovo legion y27q-20. Thats -> I changed VRR range in CRU app from 48 to 49 and problem is gone. Is it safe to do so ? Or will it affect the screen negatively ? or lag-wise ? THX
