I can't find my "Sabrent 1TB Rocket Nvme PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280" on my Asus prime x570-pro.

So my wife is working from home right now and wanted to use my monitor with her laptop. When I went and plugged it back into my pc my bios showed up.  I thought it was weird but convenient because I wanted to change my memory from the stock 2133mhz. Well that messed the computer up and I had to reset my cmos. Got bios running again and now I notice there is no bootable drive.

I believe this happened before that, since the bios showed up beforehand. I wasn't sure if I accidentally hit a key on my keyboard to make the bios show up in the first place.

Things I've tried:

Moving m.2 to the other slot on my mobo.

Removing a memory stick and trying to boot up.

I've looked around in bios settings but not confident on what to change, if anything.

Appreciate the help.
