Can one mobo 4 pin fan header run two nf a14s commected thru pwm splitter at full speed?

Secondly i saw that one of the split has 3 pins while other had 4, so suppose i connect two mf a 14s thru pwm splitter to CPU_FAN_1 header . and go to bios n under cpu fan 1 options i select the sensor (voltage or cpu temp) to "auto" and fan speed to maximum, then will both run at full speed?  Why m confused is even if i set the fan to max, that instruction is going to just one fan right, because only one end of the splitter is 4 pin.. which means one of the two fans is getting the pwm instructions not the other..  which means both wont get the "max speed" instruction..  am I right? Kindly help..

You can still change the speed of both fans. The missing connector is the one that detects fan speed. They will both have to be the same speed, but you don't have to set them to max.

And yeah it's perfectly safe, I'm currently using 3 PWM splitters in my build with no issues.

okk thanks,, all i want is both to run at full speed.. and the thing is i will use two nf a14s as intake  and i want ample amount of air inside the case so i plan to run them at full speed

Yeah that shouldn't be a problem then. Might be a bit noisy though.
