Need Help Picking AIO's

Go to solution Solved by antoainb,

So here is the scoop.

I'm planning my build and I want it to be water cooled without making a full costume loop. So naturally I choose to go with AIO coolers.

Now I have to cool two components. One is the CPU obviously, and the other is a GPU, specifically the R9 290 with the NZXT Kraken G10 bracket.

Now let's get to why I made this post.

I need you guys to find me two coolers that follow the following specifications.

Cooler 1:

  1. Under $150 USD
  2. Fits Intel LGA1150 Socket
  3. Looks cool ;)
  4. Quiet
  5. Dual 120mm rad? Don't know if that's the right way to put it....

Cooler 2:

  1. Under $100 USD
  2. Fits Kraken G10 GPU Mounting Bracket
  3. Cools cool ;)
  4. Quiet
  5. Single 120mm rad

Umm yea think that's it! If you need any more info please let me know and I'll make the changes!

Cooler 1: Corsair H100i

Cooler 2: NZXT Kraken X40, just for the sake of keeping it all with the same brand.

P.S.: Don't forget to replace the fans with Noctuas. ;)

The year is 20XX. Everyone plays Fox at TAS levels of perfection. Because of this, the winner of a match depends solely on port priority. The RPS metagame has evolved to ridiculous levels due to it being the only remaining factor to decide matches.

Only Abate, Axe, and Wobbles can save us.

kinda would be nice to hear about your rig and the case to fit all this into?

this way the best options are suggested and possibly steer you to a better result.

Yea I thought the case was irrelevant because I knew it would fit what I was asking for. It's the NZXT H440 btw and also how do you do the show tab thing???????? I've been trying to do that for weeks!!!!!!

  • 3 weeks later...

If your going for 120mm on the g10 a kraken x40 is 140mm not 120mm, if your looking for 120mm i would go for corsair h55.
