VGA debug Led again? REALLY?

When I first built my computer, my msi b450 tomahawk max motherboard would show the VGA debug led. After a few restarts it switched from VGA for a few seconds to BOOT for a few seconds , then booted into windows. Its been 3 months and I've had no issues. I was running 2x8gb 2666mhz ram at the time, and recently decided to upgrade. After trying to turn the PC on, I'm getting the same VGA issue. I got into bios once, and the BOOT led was on this time, but I wasnt sure what to do, so i continued, and it went back to VGA led again. 

 

I really just wanna get back to doing my homework and playing video games. Can someone help?

 

EDIT: I'm running a Ryzen 7-2700x 4x8gb 3200mhz corsair ram, RTX 2070 blower from Zotac.

 

EDIT2: I've tried different GPU's and none of them have worked, I've also reset the bios, and the cmos, and tried every ram slot.

Hi. I kinda remember this issue. I find it curious you gotten another Gpu and some time goes by and encounter the same deal. Bummer.

 

I'm pointing my finger at the "high quality" MSI board. Don't tell the MSI guys I said that though k?
