I purchased a Crucial P1 1TB NAND NVMe M.2 SSD yesterday and was able to get it installed no problem. Everything already coppied from the harddrive over to the m.2. In the BIOS it shows it is the boot drive but when I check in windows it still shows my old hard drive is the main drive. When I unplug the harddrive so it is only the m.2 I get a blue recovery screen from windows and a error code 0xc000000e. It says to press enter to try again and that just makes the screen flash, and F8 for start up settings does the same. I'm not to sure what to do.

I believe I cloned it, my buddy who got one about 2 weeks ago kinda walked me through it since I had never done it before using Macrium Reflect.

Make a fresh install or you will keep running into issues

Sorry I'm not super savvy when it comes to hard drives and m.2 when you say fresh install you mean?

plug your M2 drive only! then install the windows on it.

Got windows on a flash drive, do I need to remove everything off the m.2? I already copied everything from my hard drive over and it shows it was fully copied over to the m.2.

Hmm now my pc is just cycling from on to off over and over. And shows the m.2 as the boot option but my other hard drives dont show up at all now. It says preparing automatic repair then it shuts down.
