Samsung C24FG70 144Hz 24" VESA Adapter Plate

I've ran into the same problem as Lunaak who made a thread a while ago that I've linked below. I've managed to fashion a crude adaptor using zip ties, however, for obvious reasons I'd rather have the actual adaptor plate. Does anyone know where I can source one of these? Or alternatively if someone has one that they aren't using, could I purchase it from you? (UK)
