Segotep psu

I saw the segotep gp700p on the A tier of psu list in llt forum. Its platinum 80plus rated and i checked the 80plus website and its true. Should i get it?

What are your system specs and how much does it cost?

It's the same platform as on Enermax Platimax DF 500\600W, good stuff. 80+ certification means nothing though.

Its actually a 600w psu not 700w despite it being named gp700p

for that, a quality 450w unit will suffice. 500w with plenty of headroom left.

 

Of course you can opt for a larger wattage unit, but it is not needed in this case. Total system power consumption is something like 280w or lower (3rd gen ryzen is very power efficient, just like Turing).
