WORKING GAME WITH NO DISPLAY

Rubix26428

as the title suggests, am having an issue with my games from steam (almost all of them), where the game actually works, but there is no display of the game at all, i can hear the sound from the game, but no display.

and the display is not a black screen, its just what i had been working on, but with the game being maximized, so when i either ALT+f4 or ALT+TAB, i can clearly traverse to the previous opened workbench or task i was doing, more like minimizing something.

any ideas?

oh so this is a laptop? so it works fine but if you open a game the screen goes black? and it has the same issue if you output via hdmi to a 2nd display? it would be hard to say its defective fully being it works at normal use, can you tell me the CPU GPU and Ram Percent usage at idle and with a game running during black screen

sorry for not being clear earlier, English is not my mother language.

anyhow, its not a black screen, its a transparent screen, in other words, the games work, there is audio, but the display is transparent.

for the idle status:

CPU 1% to 12% depending on what am using

RAM 31%

GPU NVIDIA 1050TI 0%

interl(R) graphics 2% to 8%

when game is running:

CPU 35% to 60%

RAM 58% (approximately since its variable)

GPU NVIDIA 1050TI 35% to 60%

GPU intel(R) graphics 0%

How can a Display be Transparent
