The 1050 is not very good at VR. It is technically able to run it, but if you plan on VR gaming, the performance and experience will be disappointing.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

The Oculus quest works very differently, if you were to use your PC it would still be unsatisfactory.

In my personal experience, the Quest is not as good as desktop VR, but if it's your only option then it's good.

The quest is a stand alone vr system, meaning it doesnt require a pc to run. I have one and it runs and plays very well, almost as good as the original HTC Vive or Oculus Rift, while having the boundaries be more flexible and easier to use in multiple different areas. It also has a stationary boundary option which is used for video watching or other stationary games. However for $550, you could most likely buy a GPU that could easily run the Rift S, if you already have it.

Nope I don't already have the Rift S. From your experience, was the quest able to run games with good graphics, or did it struggle?

I only played games from the oculus store, idk how it runs other games but the ones from the store played flawlessly. I never had any stutters or graphics issues.
