ive done business with both and never had a hitch with service. any errors or issues

were swiftly dealt with and had excellent communications with both. never had a

moments troubles with either.

had one that a part didn't make the order and the owner of the shop personally

contacted me and explained the situation and how they were going to rectify the

situation and were the terms acceptable. the other shop did ship the wrong item and

the warehouse manager contacted me and pretty much had the same offers and

never thought i was being put-off, jerked around or being scammed. both companies

have been around for a while and don't seem to be "the bad guy" in this specialized

market. yes, you'll find someone that feels they got "ripped off" or treated badly, but

on the whole i'd give each a 92% of you'll be fine using either or both for your build.

Performance PCs doesn't allow other world wide credit card company's outside of USA even Canada so you have to use Paypal. I'm planning on doing a water cooling build also. I have been looking at both sites and I think that Performance PCs have more items in stock and newer items like Bitspower MCP655 Mod Kit "V2" and other stuff. Also most of Performance PCs stuff are cheaper when compared with Frozen CPU. What I have heard is that FrozenCPU has great customer support.

I've ordered parts from both...  if you're closer to one than the other, order from them as shipping will be cheaper...

  • 1 year later...

Performance PC is really the only option right now. Frozen went through a whole bunch of shit with the owner and he like fired everyone or something. It was a big thing a month or 2 ago. Jayztwocents made a video about it as well. As far as I know there running a skeleton crew right now and not accepting orders. I would definitely go with Performance right now. Thats who I plan on Using.

edit: didn't realize this was a year old thread. Oops. Well I guess the info is there if anyone new looks at this
