BIOS isn't booting. Bios is updating. 10 hours later. Bios is updating

So. Hi,

I just (tried to) build my first computer.

I got an amd Ryzen 5 3600, 16 gigs of ram and for the start a GTX 750ti on top of an Asus Prime x470-Pro with 250 Watts (I am not able to setup Windows because I am technically in the first boot) and I am getting the same message for hours: Bios is updating (see pictures) .

I need help plsss.

If you need some other Infos just ask.

Updates:

3/10/2020 9:34 PM: the CD Drive went crazy for 20 Seconds and stopped still the same image tho.

3/10/2020 9:50 PM: tried it without the CPU. Doesn't even turn on... ?

If it has been hours then it has failed.
It should take less than 5 minutes to complete it from power on to finish.

Does your motherboard have dual bios, or a way to update the bios without a cpu and ram?

It's not a race to the bottom.

I read different things in the interwebs but I hope it does but some say it doesn't. I do have a CD from Asus with drivers (I think) but I am not even through the first boot and I currently have the CD connected. And for your question with dual Bios. What's that?
