Enable steam cloud synchronization

Hello everyone for some reason enable steam cloud synchronization is not appearing under properties  updates at the bottom of the list where there is usually a check box for enable steam cloud synchronization in my gta 5 any advice will be highly appreciated thank you all in advance also steam did not automatically upload my cloud save data from gta 5 like it usually does right after downloading gta 5 I have not altered or deleted my steam cloud save data ?

As far as i know GTA 5 does not have steam cloud sync support if i am not mistaken you have to do that within the back up local files button and then save it somewhere.
