Can't think of a PSU that would struggle with a GTX 750 ti

 

Just hope it's not a fake, but I have to say, $60 is pretty expensive for that GPU. You can afford an RX 560 for that price, a ton more powerful.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
