Hello, so for a long time I have been using the same PC and consistently got from 110-144hz but just today when playing Destiny 2, I was getting about 70. As a result I was curious to see if my CPU, GPU or ram were under full load so I opened up NZXTcam to check and they were both at about 60% load give or take. I then tried to lower a few settings like shadows and such but it made no difference in my frames.

I am just wondering why I am not able to get the frames I usually do especially since my CPU and GPU are not even close to full load. Is there some setting or something that I have incorrect? \

My CPU temp is also not going above 45 degrees ever and that is even with the stock cooler (I know I really need to upgrade), but I would assume since it is such a bad cooler it would be getting super hot?

For reference:

i5 7500

GTX 1070

16 gigs ram

Thank you for any help I really am at a loss on this one and am a little worried that I messed something up.
