PC shut itself down, doesnt Start again! Help

I got myself a New Rig for Xmas and Last month the Ncase M1 finally arrived to build it.

It was a little hard to squeeze the 2080 super strix in but the temps are great.

3 days ago while playing some Star Citizen, the System shut itself down. No crackling No smoke No burning smell.

I Had the temps on my 2nd Screen and everything was fine. The 3800x Had Like 65°C and the GPU was at 55-60°C.

After waiting a while to Cool down i pressed the Start Button and nothing happened.

I Already tried another PSU and it didnt start.

After disconnecting the GPU from the mobo the PC was able to Turn on but obviously without Video Output.

Any ideas If i have to RMA the GPU or the MoBo( maybe the PCI-e Port died?)

I dont have a spare GPU to try that.

Thanks in advance
