internet problem on windows tablet

hello,

i have a windows tablet thet doesnt want to connect to internet it says "connected, no internet". I tried to set static IP but it still doesent work. maybe its dead wifi card, but i hope not.

please help.

edit: tablet is Prestigio visconte v 3g. yeah its bit old but i need it at work.
