Security Warnings with .bat files

Im running a .bat file that gathers images from websites its aimed at for archiving purposes. Every time it scans a website it replies with this warning. Its searching through internet explorer, and ive looked up multiple tutorials to disable this warning and none of them work. They seem stupid broad and disable other causes for this popup but not the specific issue i have. Anyone know how to disable this?

should be the highest. Only account on the system and i built it

My best work around for now, is to put a controller on the enter key. I need this to be able to have it run in the background with out pop ups, and this looks to be an internet explorer problem
