Dead motherboard

Hey, my lga1150 motherboard died recently and I am debating on whether I should get a cheap used one somewhere or buy new. I'm leaning towards just buying a cheap one for now but I'm having a hard time finding one. Question what mb do I get and where do I get it ? Thanks in advance

 

EDIT: by buying new I meant buying new cpu ram and mb combo.

Depends on the features you need and what chip you have

Cheap H81 and B85 motherboards from eBay would be the best place to look.

Considering I had an old motherboard that came from a prebuilt pc I won't need much. I have an i7-4770

What do you think would be the max price I should be paying for one of these?

You can get some for as low as like $35 or $40. Making sure you have enough USB ports and SATA ports is a good idea as well, and that it comes with an I/O shield
