Physically active Xbox One games?

In speaking to a guy at work, he's concerned his children are spending too much time on less active (controller only) Xbox games, and wondered if there was anything like the Wii features. I'm not really up to speed on Xbox One era, but I thought Kinect was fun in the 360 era and suggested to look at that. I now see there was a Kinect released for the One also, but if I read correctly Kinect was dropped as something to be pushed a long time ago, so presumably whatever games are available for it now is it. Also if I understand correctly there is no compatibility for 360 Kinect games?

 

Wondering if Rock Band might be interesting or not... at least it could be co-op but it still more or less substitutes the controller for a different one.

 

Is there anything else I might have overlooked on that side? If it was PS4 I could have suggested PSVR, or even the ring thing on Switch.

There is nothing on the Xbox that is interactive like that. Best bet would be to look at PSVR, PC VR, or even a Nintendo Switch.
