Would I be able to run 2 ssd's and 2 hdd's in raid 5?

I am asking because I have the choice of a 5tb Western digital drive and 2 Samsung 840 EVO ssd's or instead of the 5tb, should I get a 1tb and a 4 tb?

One of the EVO's will be for booting and the other for games, the 1tb would be movies and documents and the 4tb would be a backup, what I want to know if it would work
