Broken mouse on screen

Im not sure whats going on or how to fix this ive had this problem since i came back from holiday 

Basicly if i try edit a word in a sentence the cursor will move to the end of the sentence as if i was holding the right key on keyboard and same in videos itll skip to the end of a video

Pleaae help someone
