Gaming notebook

Hey guys, im looking for gaming notebook. But there are 2 options. Its mainly for gaming, games like csgo or diablo 3 pretty much.

1. Get a "real deal" for about 2-3k USD ~~ 10k polish currency and hope that notebook will last 3 years 
2. Get a "budget"  option for a year and buy a real deal once we have new amd,intel,nvidia things. I guess something like lenovo y540.

They only thing i would like to have is nice thermals and 144 hz screen.

Im open to any sugestions. Only thing i know is i had in the past asus rog first series and it was bad also costumer service for asus in PL is tragic.
