Color "lines"

Hi guys.

 

I was watching todays video on youtube, and noticed these color "lines"?

Is this normal, or is there something with my setup.

I am using a AOC AGON AG352QCX, 2560*1080p, with a RTX2080.

That's encoding artifact.

If it's caused by the encoder, everyone will see it.

If it's caused by the decoder, not everyone will see it.

If it's caused by your hardware, only you will see it.
