Hello LTT community!

I have been encountering issues with my computer since from what I recall, was when I built it. The issues of which I encounter are BSODs which seem to occur at least fortnightly, graphical glitches and hard crashes without errors (Though, hard crashes are very rare). I've tried various "fixes" to resolve my issues, which I will explain in more detail below under attempted resolutions. I'm quite exhausted and am out of ideas what could be causing my issues, and I feel it's certainly within the hardware field rather then software.

Attempted Resolutions
- Reinstalled Windows 10 (Both default reset and complete clean install, done roughly four times thus far)

- Stressed the graphics card (12 hours on 3DMark loop, alongside CPU stress test)

- Stressed the central processing unit (12 hours along side 3DMark loop using Prime95)

- Used MemTest86 to check my memory for errors (Oddly enough, this test did report various errors within my memory. So I tried to isolate it by testing each stick individually, only to find out that none have errors anymore?... So I tried all four sticks again, this time no errors?)

- Changed display cable (Switched between three different DisplayPort cables and two HDMI cables, also tried other ports on my graphics card)

- Used the typically fixes for BSODs (Things such as "chkdsk", "sfc" and so on, in a couple of my Windows installations, "chkdsk" did find errors and resolved them apparently)

Computer specifications
OS - Windows 10 Home (64-Bit)
CPU - AMD Ryzen 2700

GPU - Gigabyte RTX 2080 Gaming OC 8GB (Currently using MSI AMD RX 580 Armor for testing)
RAM - 4x8GB of G.Skill Trident Z Royal Gold (F4-3200C16D-16GTRG)

PSU - Corsair HX750 80+ Platinum
STORAGE - WD Black NVMe M.2 250GB + WD Blue M.2 500GB + WD Blue HDD 1TB
MOTHERBOARD - MSI X470 Gaming Pro Carbon
CASE - Corsair Carbide 275R
MONITOR (Just in case) - Asus VG278Q

Just to note, I haven't change my hardware configuration since these issues have begun occurring. I'm also unable to change many components of my computer to isolate the issue, as I just don't have the money to do so. I do have my old graphics card, of which I'm trying currently. Will update if this resolves my issues, but I highly doubt it will. Something I have noticed though, anytime my screen turns off due to my Windows settings and I wake it, a sound plays like a USB device is being disconnected and connected once again. This only occurs while the screen is blank, as my monitor takes a while to display from sleep. I am unable to provide my most recent BSOD "Minidump" files, though I did contact Microsoft support and according to the advisor it wouldn't be much help for isolating exact faults with hardware anyway. If you're curious the BSOD error codes I get are, "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL", "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION" and "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED". They did tell me however, that they think the motherboard is likely at fault for my errors. Which does somewhat make sense, but what is your own thoughts on that assumption?

Thank you for any help or thoughts, I'm so stuck right now and frustrated. Alongside my studies, this is quite annoying.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, but I'm running the latest drivers and BIOS for my motherboard.

My recommendation is to pull out two sticks of memory.

Run channels A2 and B2 for best compatibility.

If you need all of the memory installed, you can try the following.

manually-

Increase SOC voltage to 1.10v

Increase memory voltage to 1.350v

I assume you are running the sticks stock 2133/1066mhz ??

Sorry, forgot I had XMP enabled. My memory is running at 3200MHz (Have turned this off now, thought my memory wouldn't have issues though. It's rated to 3200MHz, will update if issues disappear). Also, this issue has been present when I had only 2x8GB rather then the 4x8GB now.

"IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" this one is the cruelest of errors since nowdays most irqls have changed and now just performded as tasks and request so the irql thing of actuall beeing addressed example in 1999 the gpu had irql 128 so when the error message was on it was something like irql 128 error (...) and you knew where the problerm was now though the not less or equal to what? supposed it has a number or a code like 0x230fg6.

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION hm.......?sometimes and i mean SOMETIMES the programmer both windows and hardware we implamate some exceptions that AT THE SPECIFIC TIME ARE IRELAVENT to what the component does also a dynamic user can make exceptions to some subsustems if he know that he doesnt need then but thats mostly for the software in this case it is software and you must search the batabase to see what is off

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED aouch is this common and how often? what you usually do when this shows up.....?in this case look for the amd cpu drivers

pls provibe me some more info

I have since reset my computer after reverting my RAM to 2133MHz, so I did initially stupidity lose the BSOD minidump files.... Luckily I uploaded them on my Google Driver in an attempt to upload them to this forum, which ended up not working. Regardless, I've provided two images from the "Blue Screen View" program for both "IRQL_NOT..." and "SYSTEM_EXCE...". Hopefully they're helpful. Also, I didn't see any numbers or error code when the blue screen occurred, just "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" or "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION".

Regarding the "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED", I haven't had that error for sometime now. Not had a bluescreen since formatting, but like I said it can take up to a fortnight before appearing again. From what I recall however, this BSOD did happen a couple of times. Roughly four times in total thus far, I've had more of "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" though. It often appeared from what I recall when I was just using the desktop normally, either playing a game or browsing the web. I did have the newest Chipset drivers for my motherboard at the time too, none were and still aren't available for my CPU however. Only Ryzen Master is available, of which is for overclocking.

Hopefully I provided the information you requested, can provide more if required.

do you remebr the full path and if so try to make not this exe to be executed

"Ntoskrnl.exe" seems to be a standard .exe file for a Windows installation, it seems that it is meant to be running continuously from my understanding being a core requirement for the operating system. On my current variant of Windows however, I cannot locate it within Task Manager. May be due to being a core process, and Microsoft hiding it so that people cannot cause damage to their system. Sorry, since I've formatted my system since this BSOD, I do not recall the full file path.
