MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Plus LGA1151 just got this board install everything on it outside the case the board is on top of  cardboard when I switch the psu on I see no lights at all and when I try to jump start it nothing happens can anyone has an idea of what going on or how would I diagnose the mob

Please list your entire system spec

 

Do you have all the motherboard cables plugged in? Is the power supply plugged in..?
