I started building this computer for a friend yesterday. Got it all put together, hit the power button and....... nothing. No signs that power is even getting to the board at all.
So I started trouble shooting. Tried out the new psu on an older computer and it works. Tried different power cables, nothing. Tried a different mobo (same model), nothing.
Made a make shift test bench, and set it up with bare minimum components needed to start trouble shooting ram sticks, etc.

I can't get the board, fans, any leds, to show signs of getting power.

Truly at a roadblock right now :(

Any of you smarties have any ideas on what might be causing this or other forms of troubleshooting I haven't thought of?

Asus x570 TUF Gaming Plus

I see a 4-pin connector on the mobo without power.

Also, where is the CPU fan?

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.

yeah but that won't stop the PC from turning on

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
