I would bump the PSU to 650watt.

550 is fine, but I personally would like some head room.

What's your use case? Do you need the cores/threads of the 3700X?  Gaming, if so what resolution?

 

I'd scale back the 970, you can get 1TB for that price almost.  Unless you just love Samsung... I admit I do.  More storage for game libraries or movies/music, it's cheap.

i will be gaming on 1080 p 165 hz. Potential streaming and videos and some light editing
