Well its the Windows Defender and should only be taking CPU when scanning new Programms during install or when it is scanning your PC in the background. Does it go away after a while or is it always there no matter how long you let it run?

Gone rn. but whenever i open Virtualbox it goes to 50 or more. Not sure if the same happens with other apps.
