PC suddenly won't turn on.

I came home Saturday to find that, without any warning, my PC won't boot. No lights or anything. I have a ASUS Z170-A motherboard, and there is a button with PWR_LED and PWR_SW above it. Pressing the button doesn't do anything, but there is a green led that flashes every few seconds by the button. I tried other power outlets to be safe, so I know it's something with the PC itself. I had an unopened PSU of the exact same model and tried that as well, but no luck. If anyone can offer advice as to what I can try and look for to fix it, I would greatly appreciate it.

Video Card: EVGA GeForce 1080ti
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB (4GBx4) DDR4 2,400 MHz
Motherboard: ASUS Z170-A
PSU: EVGA 750 GQ 80+ GOLD, 750W

So the board is getting some semblance of power (green LED blinking) but doesn't mean the PSU is still not fried.  Have you done a paperclip test on either PSU?  Do that, if the PSUs work - than you need to go further down the line.  For me that would be breadboarding (google it) the PC itself so I could test each component until I found the one that borked.
