Overclock crash after exactly 10minutes. Then fine rest of the day.

So im running i7-4770k on 4.5ghz - 1.29V

The overclock crash happens at 10minutes exactly of startup each time. Now after booting into BIOS and doing F10 and reset it will be able to run with the same settings for the rest of the day without crashing at all. Anyone have any idea? The answer has to be related to the 10minutes mark.
