Upgrade ram

I have a dell inspiron n3010, and 2x2gb 1333Mhz ddr3. I want to upgrade the ram to 2x4gb. Shud I? Shud I go with ddr3 or ddr3l?  Shud I upgrade to 1600MHz? I have windows 10 x64

If your CPU and mobo can support 1600, I would assume the price is about the same, so yea why not. And don’t get ddr3l, normal ddr3 will be fine.

First thing first, what are you going to use your computer for? Gaming, Video editing, etc?

Gaming. I don't have a lot of money, so that's the best option for me.
