Random frame drops

Hello,

My pc gets massive frame drops whenever playing games and it seems like playing games is what causes the pc to start jittering as normal applications such as word start stuttering as well after playing them. I have reset windows 3 times, tried fresh drivers and clean installs of all programmes that I have. Anyone know any solutions? Everything is stock, no oc at all. Win 10 pro 64 bit. Temps are 35c idle and 60 under load for cpu and gpu from 25C to 40C

8gb Ballistic Sport LT 2400 Ram

MSI B350M GAMING PRO motherboard

MSI Sea Hawk 1080 

Be Quiet! Pure rock slim 

WD Blue 1tb hard drive
Thermaltake smart RGB 500w 

Kingston SSD 120gb for boot
