Build for streaming

I'm going to be building a PC that will be dedicated to streaming video (input from a capture card) along with another build for running propresenter 7. I'm looking at doing this, any thoughts?

I'm not sure what the best option for graphics is, though. The budget for each is around $700-800 (I already have drives).

Does this mean you’re building two systems and one is for streaming?
