good afternoon, i bought a

ADMI Gaming PC:

Intel i7 9700 Eight Core,

Nvidia RTX 2060 6GB,

16GB 2400MHz DDR4 RAM

240GB SSD,

2TB HDD,

MB520 RGB

Case, 550W PSU,

Windows 10

 

the Mother board is this

Ive had it a year, I run the follwing software every day for the business

 

SAi flexi, PRINT, CUT and DESIGN

the system seem to be very slow, Have run basic software to clear up storage but all the programs seem to lag, and show  "not responding"

 

any help would be amazing if you need more info let me know
