Hi, I am planning on building an editing machine and looking for recommendations on a build that will mainly be used for After Effects, Photoshop and perhaps Unity work. With a current budget around $1000-$2000 ($1500 being ideal), what would be the most efficient parts to get.

Edit: Looking for CPU, CPU Cooler, GPU, RAM, Storage, PUS and Case.

Any links to local online stores then ? Preferably in English or Russian ?

I was using pcpartpicker with most places shipping international.

ksp.co.il is a local online store, been mainly using google translate on chrome to get it in English.

It has English and Russian options too. So you will reuse the storage from your current build ? In that case you can reuse the PSU too.

I was looking into the i9 9900k but wasn't sure if that's overkill and it might put me outside my budget.

It is somewhat overkill, depends on what you're trying to achieve. If you want best possible system for now, get 9900K (or even KS) and OC it. Otherwise settle down on R7 3700X or maybe even R5 3600.

What branch you will be buying anyway ? I see that Eilat prices are significantly lower than in other branches, why is that ?

I believe it comes out the same due to delivery. The Eilat prices have no tax attached to them.

You've mentioned international delivery, where you can order stuff from ?

I just checked newegg and amazon, but those don't include VAT in them and they have a delivery fee. The KSP website has VAT included, so it seems to be the same exact prices.
