Cheap cpu

What cheap cpu would be reccomend for playing gta v and editing in adobe premier pro. It will most likely be watercooled. Max £200

If your just looking for parts that dont need watercooling just to watercool them; just for the sake of water and (assumption here) lights; wouldnt a aquarium be a better option?

 

Seriously though, reconsider reallocating some budget? For wcooling a gpu of 200 you might as well get a much better gpu instead of splurging on the cooling? Or isnthis a special interest project?

I am really interested in doing a watercooled rig on a budget, if it is possible I would be interested in watercooling. (I already have rads, Res and a couple of other stuff and an aquarium.

Cool! Hence my question on maybe special interest project; then makes more sense.

 

This thread comes to mind, and a rx580 is well within budget and should it fail the loss is limited. Im not watercooling savy so cant help more, but it seems feasible and Id be interested in seeing the result in build logs if it ever materializes
