Weird black screen/ Colour shift bug?

I have an 2060, and recently when leaving Starcraft two (or just randomly on occasion) my main monitor will flicker to black for a second, and will turn a hue of green and then flicker back. Is this an a software issue? I play 1440p and on windowed fullscreen.

 

I can't verify this, but the colours also appeared slightly different in game. Anyone know of anything like this?

**edit** it also hitches all of my RGB in my computer when leaving the game.
