computer works perfectly once booted up. GPU works and pays games amazingly well. my issue is my computer doesnt boot up if you have monitors plugged into the GTX GPU alone. Computer only boot is no GTX GPU installed or you have a monitor hooked up to the integrated graphics HDMI port on the motherboard. once booted you can move monitor to GTX GPU and run computer normally.

Running windows 10 64 bit on i7 6700 with a GTX 1060 6GB

not sure of mother board, this pc was a prebuilt - HP ENVY desktop 750-177c (HP 2B47 1.04) is what windows 10 says

bios version AMI A0.11

  • have latest driver
  • uninstalled all other drivers
  • forcefully disable integrated graphics through BIOS (pc never boots)
  • Integrated GPU is a Intel HD Graphics 530
  • disabled integrated graphics through device manager

Yeah I did that in safe mode and uninstalled Everything, that was the only way the computer recognized the GTX

Sounds like bad driver stuck in the system.

Have tried using program to completely uninstall driver like this one?
