Laptop recommendation for web development and programming

Hi, so I'm looking for a laptop with following specs:

 

i7 8550u or i7 8650u (or am I better off with an i5 9300H? IDK yet)

16GB of Ram

mx250 GPU or a GTX 1650 max-q

265GB or 512GB NVMe SSD

 

My budget is 850 - 900 USD

 

I'm gonna be using it for web development and programming so I need it to have a good keyboard, and I'm gonna install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.

 

If you have any recommendation please tell me, and thanks in advance.

 

I know that the perfect laptop with these spec is the MSI Prestige 14, but it's 1170 USD in where I live (Egypt).

I'd try to go for a laptop without a dedicated GPU, unless you really need to do local cuda stuff.
