Input Delay on Keyboard HELP

I just built my PC today, I have installed all the latest drivers, updated the BIOS, etc.. When playing games specifically Minecraft or League of Legends or even just at random times I experience very bad input delay on only my keyboard. I've uninstalled keyboard drivers and reinstalled them, made sure it wasn't the battery, and I really don't know what else to do.

 

My build is as follows:

ASRock B450m Pro4 Motherboard

Ryzen 5 1600 CPU

Radeon 570X GPU

2x Viper DDR 4GB 

1TB SSD

450W PSU

Which keyboard do you have? I assume it uses an usb receiver? (I assume you have a wireless keyboard because of the 'battery') Tried a different USB port?
