Internet disconnects every 15mins

So i have pc where it would keep disconnecting. I have a virgin media hub 3 along with a netgear Wi-Fi Mesh Range Extender EX7700 as I have black spots in my house. When I troubleshoot it it says that the connection between your access point or modem cable or internet is broken. I have the latest bios version.

Motherboard: Msi b450 tomahawk max.
