Glitchy lines across application window

Hi,

I've been having some problems with specific applications visually bugging out like crazy.

It only only happens with some apps.

 

I feel like it might be some GPU problem but I've never experienced any other problem wether i'm ingame or on desktop.

Anyone got some input on this? 

 

Any help i appreciated ?.

CPU: i7-7800x 4.7 Ghz

GPU:  Asus gtx 1070 dual oc

Mobo: Asus ROG STRIX X299-E GAMING

Ram: 16gb HyperX Fury DDR4 2133MHz
