Bios option missing?

So I have an Hp Compaq Elite 8300 that I picked up for $30 lately. It uses integrated graphics and the memory usage is set to 32mb which is insanely low. Everything I've found says i should be able to go to device options in the bios then enable manual selection of ram reserved for the igpu but im not seeing this option can anyone help me?

Unfortunately, even though the manual may say that HP is notoriously not giving that and some other options in the bios.

Things might have changed, so see if there is a new BIOS and update to new bios.

These are Enterprise PC's that come back out of the market after the EOL for the devices and are sold for cheap, being business oriented PC's they are dumbed down to be able to just do the work they were bought for.
