Raidmax Vortex 635 Plus Bronze

I heard a lot about Raidmax being very bad with PSU manufacturer. But I have to say that this vortex series is worth trying. Costs around 57-65$

Its so quite that I don't even hear it.

Semi-Modular and nice cables. 

 

What are you guys throughts on raidmax

It's not "worth trying" if it's going to fry my components.

 

Clearly it's an old school topology.  As seon123 said; 528W on the +12V rail of a 635W PSU?  DF w/ group regulation is my bet.  

 

Probably "on sale" because they're over-stocked.  The 80 PLUS report dates back to 3/5/2013.  

 

Would make a good door stop.
