I Need advice

Hi friends,

I know this is not place to ask . But I need someone's advice about my YouTube channel. Recently I started Gaming channel on YouTube. I'm gained some subscribe and views . I have 170 subs . But views on each video are just 15 to 25 .

Can someone  give me advice , what I am doing wrong???
