Need help with PC cooling

Sooo guys right know i have a

AMD 10-6800k (stock cooler)

4 gigs of hyperx ram 

TTEsports 550w PSU

XFX 7770 1 gig DDR5

 

for now in gaming it gets to 60c to 65c but it gets loud and annoying

so do you guys think the Noctua NH-L9a is good for my cause 

pls help

The Noctua should be pretty quiet, but if you have the space I'd suggest the CM Hyper 212 Evo as it is cheaper and still pretty quiet on full load.

Probably yes, but depends on your case and additional cooling (case fans?). If you have the space, maybe go with a cheap tower cooler.

Go with a hyper 212, great cooler for a the price and much better than stock.
