I got Sapphire Nitro + 4gb, and for some reason fans ain't spinning

To start off, check that the big power cord is plugged from the PSU to the graphics card.
Then see if the graphics card is plugged in correctly.

Does the card post? Like do u get a signal and can you get into windows? most of the gpus out there got modes called "0db mode" or "0 rpm mode" so basically the fans wont spin until it gets like 60-70c. So in light tasks it wont spin the fans and therefor make no noise, so im pretty sure it aint nothing wrong with it. If you do want to remove that u think you can go into ur Adrenalin driver program and disable it.

Check AMD Software, it may be set to 0% fan

 I tested with Sapphite Trixx Software.

First Fan: OK
Second Fan: Not Ok
Checked the power everything works.

I know many people will say this for nearly any issue with graphics cards, but have you checked drivers?

I used to have APU,
Before putting the card I uinstalled drivers.+

I just installed them, nitro glow started to work, but when I do the fan test. 2nd fan stops at 2400 rpm.

I fixed the problem with fans

Now when I turn any pc game purple screen shows up, black screen shows up.
And for some reason my system uinstalled steam wtf...
