what to do about this?

Hello All,

 

So I have never had a problem or had this popping up until I recently installed Battlefield 4 on my PC. I then uninstalled it realizing nobody plays it. I turn my PC on today and I get this.

so the diagnostics tool just popped up from no where?  or were you prompted to open it?

When i started my PC. The box on the right popped up. I hit yes to find out what issues it had and then that same box on the right pops up again with the large box and large box it says no issues found in each of those tabs in the larger box.

What happens when you select "No" in the box on the right?
