Geforce experience help needed.

Hello i have the newest nvidia drivers and a GTX670   (MSI GTX670PE- to be specific)

 but there is something wrong with gforce experience.

hard to explain but this picture should really say it all.

So basicly, why is it showing up like this?

 

i meet the system requirements

and i havent had this problem before. it just randomly doesnt work.

and it doesnt have to do anything with the driver because i had this problem even before i upgraded to the newest driver.

When you updated drivers did you perform a clean update?

no, that may be the problem.
